Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you visit My Health Bestie, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

What we collect

• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request data such as IP address, user agent, referrer, and the requested URL. This is used to operate the site and prevent abuse.
• Privacy-friendly analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies, does not track visitors across sites, and does not store IP addresses or personal identifiers.
• Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep your message and reply for as long as needed to respond and follow up.

What we do not collect

We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell your data. We do not build advertising profiles.

Cookies

We use one local-storage value to remember your light/dark theme choice. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add an account system or a comments system, we will update this policy and add an appropriate consent prompt before any new data is collected.

Your rights

If you live in a region with a privacy law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or similar), you have the right to ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email privacy@myhealthbestie.com.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
