This policy explains what we collect when you visit My Health Bestie, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

What we collect

• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request data such as IP address, user agent, referrer, and the requested URL. This is used to operate the site and prevent abuse.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies, does not track visitors across sites, and does not store IP addresses or personal identifiers. We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns.
• Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep your message and reply for as long as needed to respond and follow up.

Advertising

This site is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

We use one local-storage value to remember your light/dark theme choice. Beyond that, the only cookies set are those described in the Advertising section above, placed by Google and its advertising partners. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not accept paid placements or sponsored content disguised as editorial.

Your rights
